About Hermes

Meet Hermes! This charming little Chihuahua, weighing only 6 pounds and at 6 years old, is ready to bring joy to your life. He arrived at the rescue as a stray, so his past remains unknown, but his future looks bright. Hermes possesses a gentle soul, often feeling shy around new people, a common trait among sensitive Chihuahuas. But give him time to feel secure, and his sweet personality will shine. He does have a unique gait that occasionally sees him hold up one leg while he walks. Thankfully, after thorough X-rays, we found everything is perfectly fine, adding to his distinct charm rather than hindering him. His dental situation wasn’t great either, but thanks to our fantastic veterinary team, Hermes has undergone a full dental procedure, having nine bad teeth removed. Now, he’s feeling much better, with his remaining teeth sparkling! Hermes seeks a loving, calm home where he can flourish at his own pace and bask in affection. He will be ready for his forever family soon, so if you think you're the right match for this beautiful boy, click apply to start the adoption process.
