About Legend
Legend is a spirited and affectionate little guy, eager for companionship and attention. At about 1.5 years old and weighing around 8 lbs, he came into rescue after being surrendered for showing signs of aggression towards a small child. Thankfully, he was saved just in the nick of time. While he has not shown aggression towards his current foster family, it is best that he goes to an owner experienced with small dogs and without small children. Currently, he shares his home with teenagers and does well. Legend is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and enjoys car rides. He thrives on being held and craves attention, sometimes getting underfoot. His playful side comes out when he's given squeaky toys, and he loves treats, particularly cat treats, though he can be picky with food. Interestingly, he seems to enjoy the company of other dogs and joins in on their barking fun. Each day reveals more about this endearing pup, so stay tuned as he continues to blossom. Your new best friend is just one click away.
