About Louie Needs A Forever
Meet Louie, a handsome Labrador Retriever looking for a peaceful forever home. Estimated to be around 6 years old, Louie has a history of being a loyal companion but is currently seeking a quieter environment. His previous home had a toddler, which made things challenging for him. Louie would thrive best with an older couple or an individual who appreciates the simple joys of life—car rides, relaxing in the yard, and keeping good company. This gentle boy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and both house and crate trained. Louie enjoys outdoor time, but he needs a completely enclosed, physically fenced yard for his comfort and safety. He does well with other dogs but does not get along with small dogs or cats. An application process is required, and a home visit will ensure Louie finds a safe environment. He also requires attendance at a six-week obedience class for proper integration into his new home. Living within one hour of Birmingham, MI, is a must. Louie's adoption fee is sponsored—$300 is waived! Ready to love Louie? Click apply to start the adoption process.
