About Alani

Alani arrived at Good Mews from a local animal shelter with her tiny kittens, seeking a better chance at adoption. She was an exceptional mother, dedicated and nurturing. Now that her kittens are ready for their own homes, Alani is looking for a forever family. Though initially nervous, Alani has made significant progress in her foster home. It took time for her to adjust and feel comfortable. Her foster mom learned to approach her gently, avoiding quick movements, especially above Alani’s head. Once she warmed up, Alani began to show her affectionate side by rubbing against her foster mom's legs. She enjoys being pet but prefers it to be on her terms. Alani has a playful spirit, speeding around with her favorite toys like small plastic balls and wand toys. She loves sunbathing by the window, watching the world go by. While she hasn’t interacted with dogs or young children, she showed no aggression towards other cats she saw from a distance. Alani will thrive in a calm home with an experienced cat owner who understands her quirks. With patience, she’s likely to blossom into a confident companion. Think you can provide Alani with the love and understanding she needs?
