Having spent her entire life with her sister Phoebe, they form a bonded pair and would ideally be adopted together. Both Monica and Phoebe have gentle personalities that will bring joy to any new family. This smart girl understands the importance of love and a safe home, complementing her sister beautifully. Residing in Picayune, MS, Monica can be transported north once her adoption is finalized. For approved adopters, virtual meet and greets are available via Zoom or Facebook Messenger. There are no transport fees, and currently, the adoption fee is waived for the perfect home.
