Meet Nunami: Professional Lap Warmer, Sunbeam Enthusiast, and Self-Appointed Queen of the Household. Nunami is a sweet, affectionate Scottish Fold lady, estimated to be around 8 years and 11 months old. After spending much of her early life outdoors with a colony of stray and feral cats, she's now ready for the comforts of home. These days, you'll find her engaging in important indoor-cat activities like napping in sunbeams and supervising bird activity from her cozy catio. If you're looking for a cat who loves people, Nunami could be your perfect match. She is friendly with strangers, gentle with children, and incredibly affectionate. Nunami enjoys forehead-to-forehead snuggles and even communicates with adorable little "ack!" noises instead of meowing. She’s also a talented toy hunter, particularly fond of wand toys and flapping bird toys. It’s important to note that Nunami prefers to be the only cat in the home. While she observes other felines from a distance, she likes to be the boss and often has a hard time sharing her kingdom. She’d be happiest in a calm environment where she can reign supreme, surrounded by sunshine and soft laps. What Nunami desires is simple: a tranquil home, ample sunbeams, plenty of brushing, and a human who appreciates her quirks and huge heart. If you've been searching for a loyal companion to reward your affection with tiny conversations and endless love, Nunami may be the one waiting for you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
