Trixie is a spayed female Frenchton mix, about 4 years old. She has a medium build and a beautiful tricolor coat with merle touches. Trixie is not house trained yet but is crate trained and shows promise in her potty training. Living in Naperville, IL, she loves being around kids, is vaccinated, and is ready for a loving home.

Trixie is a lovely 4-year-old Frenchton who’s thrilled to meet you. Recently found while wandering a forest preserve, she’s on a journey to find her forever home after being without a family for quite some time. This sweet girl loves to be near her people, always ready to follow you from room to room. She enjoy checking in with you, whether sitting beside you or being part of whatever you’re doing. Trixie thrives in environments with kids and is even good with cats, though she does prefer to be the only dog in the home due to her confident personality. Though she is still mastering her potty routine and is not fully house trained yet, Trixie is crate trained and shows great promise with her learning. She walks nicely on a leash, loving the chance to explore and enjoy the world by your side. What Trixie wants most is a safe space to settle in and truly be someone's dog. She's ready to bring joy to a family willing to give her a chance. Adoption fee is $500.
