About Cocoa
Cocoa is a 6-year-old domestic medium hair cat who has bounced back remarkably after a rough start. Her early life was spent dealing with untreated entropion, leaving her in significant discomfort, but she’s been through corrective surgery and has healed up beautifully. Cocoa spent years in a quiet, food-centric routine before moving into foster care, where her personality has grown with time and patience. She loves a window perch, watching the world go by and squirrel-watching, and is happiest with catnip toys and quiet affection. Cocoa is not one for chaotic or multi-animal households. She prefers to claim her home and her person—especially if there’s a gentleman in the picture—she’s a notorious "ladies’ man" and bonds deeply with her favorite human. With adults, especially older kids who respect her space, she’s easy company. She’ll come close when she wants affection and make it clear with meows or biscuit-making paws. Cocoa will thrive in a calm home without other pets, where someone is around much of the day but lets her come and go as she pleases. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully house trained. Due to her preference for adults and her need for a low-stress environment, all meetings are private, by appointment only, in Rochester, WA. Give them the home they have been waiting for.
