About Cooper
Cooper is a lively, affectionate 12-week-old hound mix, currently being fostered in Kenosha, WI. He has the expressive eyes and inquisitive nature that hint at some Beagle ancestry, but ultimately, he’s a mixed breed through and through. Playfulness comes naturally to Cooper—he loves toys, running around, and joining in on any bit of fun. Afterward, he’s right there next to you, settling in for a snuggle. Cooper does well with other dogs, cats, and children. He’s been well socialized in his foster home, so he’s comfortable and friendly across the board. Training is off to a good start: he’s kennel trained, learning the ropes on potty habits, puppy manners, and house routines. Like any young pup, he needs patience and continued structure as he grows, but he’s eager to learn and picks things up quickly. This guy would thrive with someone ready to handle the highs and lows of puppyhood. He’d fit right in with an active family or anyone up for the challenge of helping a smart, eager pup grow into a great companion. Adoption fee is sponsored through Mastro Mutts, and Cooper is current on vaccinations. He’ll need to be neutered per the rescue’s contract if not already done. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
