About Mae
Mae is a cuddly, laid-back kitten who loves to nap and bask in cozy blankets. She's usually somewhere exploring new napping spots or leaning into gentle pets. Her foster mom spends time with her every day, so Mae is growing steadily in her affection and confidence with people. Mae is the biggest kitten in her litter and takes after her gentle, affectionate tabby mom. For her social development, Mae needs to live with another young cat or kitten—whether that's a playful sibling or your resident feline. That way, she learns cat skills, avoids single kitten syndrome, and has a true playmate. Mae adapts well to homes with gentle kids and calm dogs too. She's nearly done nursing, house trained, and ready to meet her family. Adoption includes her spay surgery, rabies, FVRCP and leukemia vaccines, microchipping, a SNAP test (negative for FIV and leukemia), flea and dewormer treatments. Her spay and final vaccine will be done by the rescue at 12 weeks. You can meet Mae in Charleston, SC—reach out to schedule a video call or in-person visit! Start your journey together! Apply now.
