About Moony Chapman
Moony Chapman is a black-and-white kitten with the sweetest, quietest spirit. Her gentle nature stands out, and although she’s the shyest of her litter, she’s learning daily just how good affection can feel. Recently, Moony started purring when she receives pets—a big milestone for a kitten who used to watch from the sidelines. Her favorite moments involve batting around jingle balls and flopping down for soft belly rubs, soaking up attention at her own pace. Moony gets along well with her siblings and joins in play when the mood strikes, always steady and calm. She’ll blossom into a dedicated lap cat for someone patient enough to let her come out of her shell. She does well with other cats, especially young and playful ones, and would thrive being adopted as a pair with a sibling or into a home that already has a friendly cat. Moony is up to date on her kitten vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative, and will be microchipped before going home; spaying will be needed when she’s old enough. Her birthday is March 17, making her a Pisces—known for their sensitivity and gentle affection. Local adoptions only (Northern VA / DC / MD metro area); no student homes. Kittens under 6 months must either join a home with another playful young cat or be adopted with a friend. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
