About Jasper
Meet Jasper! Jasper is a striking 7-month-old Spaniel/Chihuahua mix, about 16 pounds, with a brindle coat that draws attention. He arrived as a stray with his sister, Mabel, and is just now learning how good life can get with security and care. Jasper can be reserved when meeting new people, but if you’re patient, his real personality surfaces—affectionate, playful, and eager for attention. He's happiest romping with other dogs and chasing toys, his goofiness coming out more as he settles in. Jasper is still mastering the basics. He’ll need support with house training, leash walking, and manners as he matures. He’s smart and responsive to encouragement and consistency, so ongoing training will pay off. He does especially well with canine friends and would thrive in a home where another playful dog can help him find his confidence. Jasper has already formed close relationships with foster siblings and seems most comfortable in a pack. The ideal fit is a patient family—one that understands puppies don’t arrive perfectly trained but brimming with promise. In return, Jasper offers loyalty, antics, and the pleasure of watching him bloom from a cautious puppy into a true companion. If you want a sweet, sensitive pup with movie-star looks and a gentle heart, Jasper could be the perfect addition to your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
