About Koda
Meet Koda, a young Black Lab mix full of possibility and heart. At just around 6 to 7 weeks old and weighing 3lbs, he’s clearly still learning the ropes of puppy life, sporting a shiny black coat and those big curious eyes Labs are famous for. Koda’s had all his initial vaccines, is microchipped, and has his heartworm and flea/tick prevention started. He’s not quite old enough to be neutered, but that will come with time if he remains in care. House training is still ahead—a project for his first family. He’s good with children, dogs, and cats, making him a safe bet for most homes. Koda is being fostered in Crosby, TX, but thanks to the rescue’s broad adoption support, he can travel to meet his adopter almost anywhere in the US—with everything from a health certificate to transport included in his adoption fee. If you’re looking for a sweet, sociable, classic Lab mix to grow up with your family, Koda’s probably your guy. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
