About Bear
Bear is a striking 4-year-old Newfiedoodle (Newfoundland and Poodle mix) with a soft, medium-length tricolor coat that will turn heads wherever he goes. Weighing around 85 pounds, Bear has a real presence, but his demeanor is anchored by a deeply affectionate and gentle nature. Since joining the St. Clouds family, Bear has proven himself to be a devoted companion, but does best in a calm, structured environment—either with adults or families with children 10 years and older. Bear's previous home became challenging when lots of visitors and young children were present, so his ideal adopters will keep a quieter household and respect his boundaries. Bear is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and housetrained. He gets along with other dogs, but is not a good match for homes with young children. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will flourish in a predictable, loving environment, Bear is your guy. Bear is a Gemini, so expect a blend of cleverness and charm. Your new best friend is just one click away.
