About Apollo
Apollo is the most outgoing Pomeranian around. At four years old, he’s got more energy than his last owner could keep up with, and when he’s out on walks, he always wants to say hello to every dog and person he meets. Apollo previously lived with a similarly sized brother and does well with kids, even as young as five months — as long as everyone in the house is respectful and gentle, he’s eager to get along. He barks when strangers visit, but it’s more out of excitement than anything else; he just wants to greet everyone. Apollo spends his days inside but loves his outdoor time. When left alone, he’s comfortable being crated with a pee pad; he handles alone time like a champ. When it comes to toys, Apollo is not picky. Stuffed animals, squeaky balls, rope toys — as long as it’s fun to toss or chew, he’s happy. He enjoys fetch, playing with other dogs, and going for walks. When all his energy is spent, expect him to curl up right next to you or snag the warmest lap in the house. Food-wise, Apollo’s a little spoiled. He’s used to homemade meals and counts chicken feet among his favorite treats, but he’s not a picky eater. Ready to meet the friendliest Pom Pom in Winter Haven, FL? What are you waiting for?
