About Squaltch
Squaltch puts on quite the tough show—she’ll hiss and glare like she owns the place, but give her a Churu treat or gentle scratches and her fierce act crumbles instantly. Found outside with her siblings, this little calico “villain” is learning what it means to live inside, swapping street smarts for a soft, lovable side she can’t quite hide. Despite her dramatic attitude, Squaltch is surprisingly sweet and well-behaved, always looking to soak up love even as she pretends she’s too wild for it. She gets along well with other cats and adjusts quickly to kindness. With patience, she’ll thrive and show off just how gentle and funny she really is. She’s waiting in Rocky Mount, VA, for someone who can see through her act and offer her a safe place to land. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
