Hudson is a striking 1-year-old brindle hound mix who was rescued from a high-risk shelter on the day his life was set to end. Out of his litter, only Hudson and his brother survived that ordeal. He’s seen loss and fear up close, and he still carries some of that weight, but he’s come a long way in foster care. He bonds hard with other dogs, especially his foster sister Amora—a big, deaf pittie who has played a huge part in helping Hudson find his confidence again. Together, they’ve built trust in people and love sprawling out in the woods or racing around a fenced yard.
