About Poochy Cs
Poochy is a 10-month-old male Aussie mix with a mix of white and merle in his short coat. He tips the scale at about 38 pounds and is at a great age for anyone seeking a lively, young companion. Poochy shares his kennel happily with another dog, Lucy, and has shown he's fine around other dogs. He’s curious about cats but doesn’t quite know what to make of them yet. This is a playful, affectionate dog who thrives on attention and loves to dole out kisses and cuddles. Poochy was originally found wandering and landed at the rescue after his finder couldn’t locate an owner. He already knows how to sit, accepts treats with a gentle mouth, and leans into whatever makes his humans happy. Though a bit hesitant on leash, he improves daily and benefits from patient, positive reinforcement during walks. Poochy has a classic young dog’s energy: always up for playtime and new adventures, but still eager to settle in for love at the end of the day. He needs a home ready for both activity and companionship and will repay with loyalty and genuine affection. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
