About Loki
Loki is a one-year-old large-breed German Shepherd and Siberian Husky mix with tons of spirit. His story started rough—he was abandoned with his brother on a dirt road and waited faithfully in the same place for weeks until a foster found them. Since then, Loki has been on the mend, steadily gaining weight and starting to enjoy life again. Vets expect him to reach 75-80 pounds as he fills out. He’s a vocal, lively dog—classic Husky energy—and loves attention. Loki is sweet-natured, fully potty trained, and already knows several basic commands. He’s eager for more training and would likely do well at agility if you’re interested. While he spends most of his time with his brother, Loki hasn’t had much exposure to other dogs and can be reactive when passing them on leash, so a confident, active adopter with patience will be the best fit. Loki values activity and one-on-one time. If you’ve got the energy and time for a young, smart, athletic dog who thrives on play, challenge, and affection, he might be your match. BLR is only assisting with Loki’s exposure and screening—he's available as a courtesy post. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
