About Brie
Brie is a two-year-old spayed female chiweenie with a soft, long coat in black and cream. She came from a tough background, one of many dogs rescued from a hoarding situation, and was completely shut down at first. Over weeks, she's discovered how good it feels to be safe; now she greets people at the door, licks hands, takes treats gently, and even joins her trusted people on the couch. Brie's progress is real, though she still needs a patient home willing to help her keep building trust. Brie isn’t fully house trained yet, but she reliably uses pee pads in her foster home and will need a fenced yard to safely practice outdoor potty routines. She adores other dogs—both big and small—and would really thrive with a confident canine buddy. Brie is fine with cats and gentle, calm children, though she may prefer older kids. She’s quiet, submissive, and has great dog-to-dog social skills. Brie’s past made her cautious, but her gentle temperament shines once she feels secure. She is on her way to becoming a deeply loyal companion for the right adopter willing to invest just a little extra time and patience. Click apply to start the adoption process.
