About Taytum

Taytum is fresh to Minnesota after a tough start, having lived on the streets with her sister before rescue. She’s settling quickly in her foster home, surrounded by adults, kids, and dogs. Taytum leans into the comfort of a routine and takes cues from her foster-dog siblings. She’s found a knack for making friends—once she’s had a bit of time to warm up. Now she jumps on the couch for affection and accepts snacks, with cheese and chicken ranking far above what she was used to down in Alabama. Life indoors is new for her, but she’s catching on fast. Taytum asks to go out when she needs it and reliably uses the backyard. Kennel time is easy; she feels safe and relaxed when crated, both overnight and when her family steps out. Leash walking is a work in progress, and she much prefers running around the backyard for now. Taytum thrives with canine companionship, so another dog in the home would help her gain even more confidence. Her ideal family will have patience for her learning curve and plenty of time for play and cuddles. She’s eager to be somebody’s loyal sidekick—whether you’re into snuggling or a romp through the dirt. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
