About Suni
Suni is the kind of dog who will have you grinning non-stop. She’s built for adventure—athletic, clever, and always ready to get her legs moving. She delights in her own acrobatics: full-body hugs, wild back rolls, and a fearless somersault or two. Just a couple years ago, Suni was abandoned and underweight, mistrustful after being failed by more than one human. But with consistency and patient, professional training, she’s turned into a thriving, curious, and confident companion. Genetic testing revealed Suni is mostly Dutch Shepherd, with a good mix of Belgian Malinois, German Shepherd, and a dash of "supermutt." Basically, she’s wired for engagement and needs an adopter who understands working breeds. Suni is petite—under 40 pounds—but don’t underestimate her drive or stamina. She loves running, long walks, fetch, and wrestling with her foster dog sibling. While she originally reacted to other dogs, she now gets along well with familiar canines after slow introductions, though she remains unsuitable for homes with small animals or young kids due to a high prey drive. Suni is well-trained. She’s housebroken, crate trained, knows her basic commands, and walks nicely on leash with a specific collar. Adopt locally, and you’ll even get a session with her trusted trainer to help ease the transition. Suni is in excellent health: spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and screened clear for heartworm and tick-borne diseases. If you’re a savvy handler with an active lifestyle, Suni could be your perfect partner for all things fun and outdoors. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
