Now, Mounds spends his days lounging with other cats and soaking up attention from staff and volunteers. Though he had only two teeth left when he arrived, his appetite for treats remains unbeatable, and the rest were removed without putting a dent in his zest for life. He has been thoroughly checked by vets and is in good health for his age, though he needs oral medication for feline asthma every other day. Staff are happy to demonstrate how easy it is to give. Mounds gets along with other cats and children, and is looking for a family who wants to spoil an old soul.
