About Azalea
Azalea and her siblings came to the rescue as tiny kittens after their stray mother passed away shortly after giving birth. Thankfully, a dedicated foster has been bottle feeding Azalea and giving her the care she needs to thrive. She’s still growing and won’t be ready to go home for a few weeks, but you can apply for her now if you want your chance at adopting her. Azalea is a brown tabby domestic shorthair who’s spent her young life surrounded by attentive humans, which should make her well socialized and ready to join a family when the time comes. All the rescue’s animals, Azalea included, are spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on appropriate vaccines. For cats, FIV and FELV tests are done as well. Adoption also comes with a 30-day free pet insurance trial, and the rescue tells you the adoption status as soon as it’s processed. You can visit her in Clinton, SC, but hours are limited and some animals remain in foster homes, so call ahead. If you want to meet her and she’s still in foster, you’ll need an approved application and an appointment. Your new beginning with Azalea could be only weeks away. What are you waiting for?
