About Honey
Honey’s foster can’t say enough good things about her. At four years old, this mama has just wrapped up raising a batch of happy, chubby pups and is now ready for her own family. Honey’s happiness shows; she’s friendly, laid back, reliably house trained, and has one of those goofy, irresistible dog smiles. She’s picked up basic commands and didn’t show anxiety when left alone in her foster home. She weighs about 60 lbs, but that doesn’t stop her from thinking your lap is the best seat in the house. Mealtime is chill—Honey quietly lies nearby without begging, though treats are still her weakness. Her favorite toys are the ones stuffed with snacks, and she’s always game for a rousing round of catch-the-treat. Her previous home included a dog and a cat. On walks, she gets excited about squirrels and bunnies, but isn’t so bothered by birds or stray cats. Introductions to small animals should be slow. She does need work on not pulling or barking on leash, but she’s easily distracted with treats (and she knows it). Honey is a stunner and will be spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated before heading to her new home. Don’t miss your chance to meet this gem. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
