About Tigger
If you’re hoping for a perfectly polite, low-maintenance cat, keep looking—Tigger is definitely not it. He arrived at the shelter in a tailspin after his person died and, at first, had absolutely zero interest in making new friends—unless making friends means testing out his biting skills. But beneath all that bluster is a sensitive, fiercely loyal guy who just needs a patient person to give him a shot. Trust with Tigger isn’t instant, but when it comes, it’s all-in. Once Tigger picks you, prepare for chaos and devotion. He’s convinced your morning coffee needs a little excitement (and will knock it over to prove the point). He will climb you like a tree, invade your personal space whenever possible, and generally make sure you’re never bored. But he’ll also seek out your affection, fix you with those “you hung the moon” eyes, and show you what devoted friendship looks like—tabby drama and all. Tigger needs someone with patience and cat experience, someone willing to let trust grow over time. The upside is a companion who’s entertaining, deeply loving, and unlike any other cat you’ll meet. By the way—since he was born on June 13, he’s technically a Gemini, and yes, you really do get both sides. Your move. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
