About Manhattan Bound
Manhattan Bound, called Manny, is a 1.5-year-old grey and white cat with an outgoing personality. He didn’t waste any time settling into his foster home, making himself comfortable almost immediately. Manny loves company and prefers to hang out close by, especially if there’s a couch or bed involved—he’s a lap cat when the mood strikes, never shy about seeking attention or head scratches, but content to curl up nearby if you’re busy. He’s quite chatty, letting you know exactly what he thinks about food (always a priority) and greeting you at the door every time you come home with a stretch and a string of mrowwwws. Manny is well-behaved: he uses the litter box without exception, rarely scratches at furniture (and respects a soft "no"), and he’s never shown aggression. You’ll catch him watching the world from a window, and every so often he’ll show off his zoomies for a quick burst of energy. He loves toys—especially anything on a string—and will happily supervise kitchen activities or sneak a counter perch if he thinks you’re not watching. Manny would rather not wait between meals or have bathroom doors closed, and he strongly prefers wet food over dry, but will eat both. He’s not a fan when attention shifts from him to a computer, and isn’t thrilled by neighbor cats outside either (though he stays indoors). Manny’s affectionate style and big personality will win over anyone looking for a companion cat who wants to be part of your life. He’d do well solo or with another feline friend.
