About Bones~ Read My Story!
Bones is a 4-month-old Shepherd mix with a rough start who’s made an incredible turnaround. He arrived in bad shape—frail, sick, and worn down by ringworm, hence his name. Since then, Bones has steadily regained strength and confidence with care, good food, and plenty of attention. He’s expected to be ready for a new home soon, once his treatment wraps up. Bones greets every person with a happy wag and clear warmth. Despite everything, his gentle and sweet nature has never faded. He soaks up affection, craves companionship, and just wants to be near his people. The kennel isn’t where he wants to spend his puppyhood—he’d much rather be curled up on a couch or playing with a family out in the yard. After all he’s overcome, Bones deserves that next chapter: a loving home where he can grow and thrive. He’s ready for someone to take him out of the kennel and give him the chance to just be a puppy.
