About Stewie~hw+
Stewie’s story is remarkable. He lost his front leg as a puppy and survived most of his life outdoors chained up, but none of that seems to weigh on him now. These days, Stewie wins people over with his calm presence and excellent house manners—everyone here calls him a "Good Boy" for good reason. Despite it all, he’s kept a gentle spirit and gets along nicely with other dogs. Right now, Stewie is receiving heartworm treatment, and the shelter will keep supporting him until he’s completely well. For Stewie, happiness is as simple as a soft bed, a loving family, and finally getting the calm, indoor life he has always deserved. Meet a resilient dog who’s ready for a new beginning.
