About Queso
Queso is all sweetness and warmth. This little guy is a snuggler through and through, happiest when curled up by your side or tucked under the covers. With a Chihuahua mix mom weighing just 8 pounds and a bigger unknown dad, Queso is expected to grow into the 30-35 pounds range. At about 13 weeks old, he’s all puppy curiosity—playful, affectionate, and quick to make friends. After a night of hesitation, he found his groove with the bigger dogs in his foster home and was soon racing around with them. Queso’s also open to new faces—he not only gets along with other dogs, but also with cats and kids, making him an appealing pick for a family. He’s picking up leash walking fast and is working on house training and crate skills. Like most puppies, he may whine a bit at bedtime, but he’s making progress. His gentle nature shone on a nursing home visit, charming residents with his mellow approach. Queso is neutered, vaccinated for his age, microchipped, and on regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He currently lives in Alexander, AR, and is ready for a home that will match his loving, playful spirit. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
