About Xylo
Xylo came from a tough start but is now safe and looking for a family to call his own. His mom is an Australian shepherd, and he’s thought to be an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix. At 8–9 weeks old, Xylo is still pretty small, but he’s expected to reach around 45–50 lbs when fully grown—a good sized, sturdy dog. He’s happiest when being held, often parking himself in front of his foster mom in the mornings to soak up attention before running off to play with his siblings. Xylo gets along well with the foster family’s resident dogs and enjoys roughhousing with his littermates, but snuggling is still his favorite activity. He’s doing well with potty pads so far, which is a big plus for a young pup. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate puppy who loves both playtime and cuddles, Xylo could be a strong match.
