About Arty
Arty is an 11-month-old, medium-sized female Pit Mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She strikes a great balance between loving to cuddle and valuing her independence—she’ll snuggle up for belly rubs but also appreciates downtime on her own. Arty enjoys walks, tug-of-war, and any toy that squeaks, plus she loves roughhousing with other dogs. She hasn’t met cats yet, but she can be cat-tested if needed. At a recent adoption event, Arty was gentle and patient with kids, handling the noise and excitement well, and she showed great leash manners despite the bustle. She’s fully house trained and crate trained, making her a reliable housemate from the start. Arty’s only request: please give her space when she’s resting—she’s the type who honors her own boundaries. If you want a happy, sweet, well-mannered pup who will fit into just about any home, Arty might be the match you’ve been searching for. Currently in Krum, TX, Arty is adoptable locally or out of state, with transport included in the adoption fee and a video chat to help ensure a good fit before she travels. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
