About Lentil
Meet Lentil, a three-year-old male English Springer Spaniel mix with a sensitive side and a knack for making himself right at home. He’s already neutered, house trained, and quick to learn—Lentil knows several commands and listens for cues at the door, making it easy to integrate him into a new environment. He’ll even offer you his paws to clean after a walk. Lentil is kennel trained and content on his own, but he prefers curling up by your bed or following you around during the day. Car rides, outdoor adventures, and tennis balls are his idea of a good time, but he’s equally happy to just relax nearby and keep watch on your day-to-day activities. With a lower-moderate energy level, Lentil is well suited to a calm home environment. He can get a bit anxious or excitable and takes a daily medication for confidence, so he needs a steady, grounded adopter. He does best in homes with adults or older, respectful children. Lentil gets along well with calm, confident dogs and would thrive with a canine companion or as the only dog in the house. He is not suited to households with cats or small animals, as he gets overexcited around them. If you’re looking for a well-mannered, loyal companion and are ready to be his calm center, Lentil may be the heart dog you’ve been hoping to find. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
