Herb is not yet neutered, and his adopter will need to ensure heās altered by 10/16/26 as part of the adoption agreement; thereās no exception to this requirement. While he may not be fully vaccinated at adoption, his shots are up to date for his age, and his new family will complete his vaccine series.
