About Violet
Violet is a striking 4½-year-old domestic medium hair with a gentle spirit and a story of resilience. Last summer, after surviving an attack from another animal, she did the bravest thing she could: she walked right into a stranger’s house, seeking help and a second chance. Since then, she has been safe and cared for, but what she really wants is a quiet, loving home where she can finally relax and be adored. As a retired mama, Violet has spent most of her life nurturing others. Now she deserves to be on the receiving end of that care. She isn’t the cat to dart into your lap or follow you around from the start—she’s shy and careful, needing time to settle and get her bearings. But if you give her space and patience, she’ll eventually open up, offering a level of trust and affection that feels deeply rewarding. Violet may do well with calm, respectful cats after a careful introduction. Her reaction to dogs is unknown. Because she’s sensitive to loud environments and needs time to feel secure, she would thrive best in a peaceful home without young children. Violet is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and house trained. She’s patiently waiting to find her person—the one who understands that good things take time and that a bond worth building isn’t rushed. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
