About Tank
Tank is a medium-sized, short-haired mixed breed dog with striking black and white coloring. At about 1.5 years old, he’s learning how good life can be for the first time. Tank came to the rescue in rough shape—thin and dirty—but you’d never know it from how much he wants affection now. He’s quick to approach for cuddles, enjoys sniffing around and exploring, and food is clearly a highlight in his day. Tank is still gaining confidence but has already started to open up more than his brother, Tails. He tends to do well with other dogs if introductions are done slowly and properly. Meets with children are recommended, and older kids are suggested for Tank’s comfort. He isn’t house trained yet, but with his keen intelligence and desire for rewards, a motivated owner should see progress quickly. Tank is looking for a family ready to spoil him and make up for lost time. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
