About Betty Boop
Betty Boop—also called The Boopers—is a one-of-a-kind little character weighing in at about 31 pounds. Known for her agility, she jumps impressively high without even a running start. Leash walks are a breeze for her, and she’s 100% potty trained. Betty isn’t a fan of crates, but leave her alone in your home and she won’t chew or get into trouble. She’s food motivated and stays happy with enrichment toys or a raw bone to chew. Outside, she delights in chasing squirrels and rolling her back in the grass. She melts for belly rubs and will nuzzle into the rug. Though initially skittish around other dogs, she’s become more comfortable and now gets along with two resident dogs. She’s had interactions with cats and shows little interest, so with patience and proper introductions, she’ll likely settle in fine. Betty was found wandering alone, and her foster home can’t keep a third dog—so she’s waiting for a new home where she’ll get all the love she deserves. Give them the home they have been waiting for.
