Peter La Fleur
AvailablePeter La Fleur, a large, adult, male Domestic Short Hair, is a gorgeous gray tabby currently in Fresno, CA. He is neutered and vaccinated, and has a delightfully expressive face. Born on August 27, he’s a practical Virgo—organized in his routines. Peter is looking for a calm, steady home where he can continue his weight-loss journey and settle into a slower pace of life.
About Peter La Fleur
Peter La Fleur is a hefty, striking grey tabby with his signature grumpy face—don’t let it fool you. He came to the rescue with his sister, Wabi-Sabi, and though it’s not required, they’d love to stay together if possible. Peter thrives in a quiet, low-key home where changes come slowly and calmly. At first, he can be dramatic with a bluff hiss when something startles him, but he really just needs a little extra time to feel safe. When he opens up, his shyness slips away: he’ll scrunch his nose for affection, or peek out with a paw-over-face game of hide and seek. He’s a big fan of booty scratches, gentle belly rubs, and will happily soak up soft head kisses. Right now Peter is overweight, so his new family needs to keep his portions measured and treats to a minimum—even if he tries to convince you otherwise. He’s on the right path, and staying consistent will help him feel so much better. Peter’s adoption fee is $75 and includes neuter, current vaccines, preventatives, and a microchip. If you’re looking for a mellow, affectionate cat with plenty of personality, Peter is ready to become someone’s whole world. Click apply to start the adoption process.
