Pepper is an estimated 2 year old Bassett hound mix. He is a sweet and playful boy, but can be protective of his females. He came in with two smaller females, so he likely learned to protect them while on the streets. He does have to learn house manners, but is very quick to learn. He really wants to please his people and just needs a chance. It does not seem like he has ever had a home or known what a family is.
