Hero was abandoned in a back yard along when his family moved away, he was found weeks later starving and lonely and brought to the rescue. He spent over a year at the rescue before finally securing himself a foster home in Longmont, CO. He's since gotten a senior wellness exam, bloodwork, and some help getting his fur healthy again after life as a backyard dog. He's a healthy boy, with no issues despite a life of neglect. He’s estimated to be around 7-9 years old He's a pawfect gentleman in his foster, loving the comforts of a home finally and the love of his foster mom. He’s fully house trained and knows how to use a doggie dog, he’s also gentle on leash. Our amazing Hero is still waiting for a home! 💫 Don’t let his grey muzzle turn you away.
