About Sadie
Sadie was transported from Texas and is now in foster care around Sherborn, available to meet with an approved application. She’s a gentle, loving puppy with a heartwarming, trusting nature, despite a rough start to life wandering the Texas/Mexico border alone. Though Sadie started out underweight, she’s thriving now and is estimated to reach around 35-40 lbs full grown, with a short coat painted in blue merle, white, cream, and a bit of black. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and is submissive and curious with cats—one of those rare pups who isn’t fazed by feline friends. Sadie’s also great with children and craves companionship, sticking by her people’s sides both on the couch and wherever life takes them. She learns quickly and is already house and crate trained, responding well to basic commands with minimal work. Her foster describes her as alert, eager to please, and affectionate. Sadie is current on age-appropriate vaccines and has a clean bill of health. Loyal, sweet, and with an old soul, she’ll make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime dog. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
