About Smooches

Mwah! Smooches is truly the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet. She lights up every room, greeting everyone—human and animal alike—with instant warmth. After the recent loss of her beloved owner, she and her older brother, Mr. Peabody, found their way to Happy Paws Haven. Despite losing her person, it’s clear Smooches is as loving as ever, ready to share her affection with a new family. While she’d be fine living with her brother, they aren’t a bonded pair, so both could thrive in their own homes. Smooches’ black and white tuxedo coat shows a sprinkling of wisdom from 13 years well lived, but she’s nowhere near slowing down. She delights in exploring every corner of the couch, curling up for lap naps, and birdwatching from sun-soaked windowsills. Smooches is remarkably adaptable—she does well with both cats and dogs when introduced properly, making her an easy fit for many households. She’s affectionate, social, and just might be the best biscuit-maker around. If you’re looking for a companion who will jump right into your life and fill it with sweetness, Smooches is more than ready. Did you know Smooches is a Taurus? That probably explains her fondness for comfort and snuggling. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
