About Stratus
Stratus is one of the young Empyrean siblings, discovered with his littermates tucked away in a woodpile only a month old. He survived a rough encounter with Parvo, but thanks to attentive care and a lot of heart, he’s now negative and thriving. He’s received his first vaccines and is eager to find a committed home. Stratus craves attention—he’ll follow you everywhere, stand on your feet, and call out for snuggles. He's sometimes shy meeting new faces, but that melts away once he trusts you. He’s young enough that adoption in pairs is preferred unless the home already has a playful, youthful companion. Adoption fee covers spay/neuter through the rescue’s vet, or a credit if you use your own vet. Stratus is in Hickory, NC, ready for a home that understands kittens do best with friends. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
