About Princess Girl
Princess Girl is a spayed female terrier/pittie mix sitting at around 45ā50 lbs and approximately four years old. Sheās in a loving foster home in Ft Worth, TX, but transport can be arranged post-adoption. Princess is a high-spirited, joyful soul who had a rough startāshe was nearly put down just for being too energetic and happy. Sheās now learned to settle down when she feels secure but will always greet life with enthusiasm. House trained and crate trained, sheās up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventatives. Princess understands basic commands like sit, come, stay, off, and heel, though she still jumps up excitedly when she wants attention. She does best if you remind her to sit when greeting and she responds quickly for a pet. She barks for attention or to let you know she needs something, including potty breaks. This girl is a strong chewer and needs toys like Kongs or bully sticks to keep her busy, just like youād expect with a puppy. She absolutely needs a fenced yardāno tie-outs or electric fencesābecause apartment life isnāt her style and sheās not off-leash trained. Princess gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and is friendly toward cats, though her energy is too much for small animals. She would be happiest with an active family with older kids who can handle her happy enthusiasm, or an energetic couple or single adopter prepared for walks, playtime, and plenty of love. The adoption fee is $350, and on behalf of Karen Perl, her rescue partners can arrange transport if needed. Click apply to start the adoption process.
