Out of his litter, he’s the social one. Jalapeño is the first to greet you, the first to investigate what you’re doing, and the first to decide your lap is now his. He loves people and actively seeks out attention, often choosing cuddles over chaos… though he still plays hard when the mood strikes. He’s especially bonded with his foster brother Nacho (also available for adoption) and would be thrilled to go home with him, a sibling, or into a household with another playful, friendly cat to keep him company. Read below for more information. All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
