🐾 Friendly🎾 Playful☺️ Gentle🐈 Cat Friendly🚽 House Trained

Chance is a 7-month-old male domestic short hair mix living in Portland, IN. He’s a medium-sized kitten who has already been neutered, is up to date on vaccinations, and is litter trained. Chance gets along with other cats and is looking for a home that can offer companionship—whether with another kitten or a friendly young resident cat.

About Chance

Chance started out as a feral kitten but now you’d never know it—he’s as sweet as they come. Alongside his brother Shaggy, Chance has learned to trust and show off a friendly, playful spirit. He’s available on a foster-to-adopt basis, so you can enjoy his company now and finalize his adoption after his neuter surgery. This gives everyone a head start on bonding, especially for families eager to add a young cat to their lives fast. Kittens like Chance aren’t available to go solo. The rescue will require you to adopt him with another kitten (at a special discounted fee) or bring him into a home that already has a young and friendly cat. This isn’t just a policy—pairing young kittens is a proven way to avoid behavioral issues later and ensures they develop healthy cat social skills. Plus, you get more fun and maybe a little less mischief at 3 a.m. Chance is ready for a fresh start with a family who values lively energy and is open to having double the cuddles and twice the adventures. He already gets along well with other cats and would thrive in a home where he has a buddy to learn from and play with. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
