Meet Samson, affectionately known as Sammy! This adorable little guy has been an absolute delight in his foster home. With his fluffy coat, sweet expression, and laid-back personality, we think he may be a Shepherd mix with perhaps a little Chow mixed in-but whatever his breed makeup, one thing is certain: he's incredibly cute! Samson is the definition of an easygoing puppy. He sleeps through the night, happily settles in his crate for naps, and will even put himself in there when he wants some quiet time. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely do great in a home with children. While we haven't had the opportunity to test him with cats, his gentle nature and young age suggest he may adjust well with proper introductions. Like any young puppy, Samson is still learning about the world. He's currently working through typical puppy teething, so plenty of appropriate chew toys and gentle redirection from nibbling on hands, ears, and noses will be important. He's also beginning to learn leash skills. He loves tagging along with the big dogs on walks but isn't quite convinced about the leash part yet. What Samson loves most, though, is people. This sweet boy enjoys cuddles, affection, and being close to his humans. He has all the makings of a wonderful family companion and is ready to find a forever home that will help him continue growing into the amazing dog he's destined to be.
