About Ariel
Arielās story starts outside a prison in Oklahoma, pregnant and scavenging for scrapsāuntil a group of prisoners began sharing their meals with her. She was finally rescued and brought to safety in Colorado, giving birth to a beautiful litter along the way. Ariel absolutely adores people, and she has a way of melting into your arms, seeking warmth and connection. Sheās shown kindness with most other dogs, but does seem to be more comfortable around males. She can get protective with some female dogs, so a home with mostly male dogs is recommended if you have others. Ariel has done well with children ages 8 and up, navigating busy homes with a gentle spirit. Sheās picked up house training quickly and does well in a crate too. Ariel is searching for a family thatāll appreciate her sweet, cuddly nature. Her puppies are still available too if youāre looking for double the love. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
