About Xander

Xander is a 7-month-old orange boy with a gentle soul and an easygoing spirit. Since moving into foster, he’s grown into a sweet, calm companion. Xander starts off a little shy and needs a bit of time to get comfortable, but once he does, his affectionate side comes out. He enjoys pets, likes relaxing nearby during downtime, and sleeps best curled up with his person. He’s playful and social with other animals, especially his siblings and other cats, and does great with large dogs. Xander needs to live with another kitty, so a home with at least one cat is a must. He’ll do best in a calm space with adults, teens, or older children, where people give him the time and understanding to keep building his confidence. Once comfortable, he’ll be a loyal, cuddly companion. A safe, secure yard is important so Xander can enjoy fresh grass under his paws and a little outside time, but only after he’s well settled with his new family. Xander is in Anchorage, AK.
