Matan is a happy little boy and definitely appreciates being in rescue. He is 3-4 years old, 9 pounds, and very playful. Good with everyone he meets and other dogs. We think he is a mix of Yorkie and Havanese. We are bringing him up to date on vaccines and having him neutered and then he will be ready for his forever family.
